Dr. Latrice Mumin

Executive Bio, President & CEO Of L. Nichol Consulting LLC

Corporate expertise: While at Goddard Systems, Inc. (GSI), the franchisor of The Goddard School, she served as Director of Education Support and Director of Curriculum and Assessment, giving her deep insights into corporate educational strategy and systems. Systemic improvements: In her capacity as Director of Accountability for the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit (MCIU) at both the Harrisburg and Chester Upland school districts, she drove systems development and recovery efforts. Curriculum design: She has collaborated on design teams for schools in major urban areas like Philadelphia, Chicago, ADD HERE  A dedicated community advocate and mentor, Dr. Mumin serves on the Board of Directors for Centro Hispano of Reading and Berks County and as a Trustee for Reading Hospital–Tower Health. She also contributes as an Executive Mentor at Alvernia University's O'Pake Institute for Economic Development & Entrepreneurship. Dr. Mumin’s academic credentials include: A Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and a Master of Arts from Wayne State University. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Syracuse University's Martin J. Whitman School of Management. A Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. ​

Educational leadership: As the Superintendent of Schools for the Chester Upland School District, and in prior roles including Assistant Superintendent and Interim Superintendent, she has led strategic planning, managed core functions, and improved educational outcomes.​
